"No Pressure" Office Visits

Learn Your Rights in Divorce Office Conference
Educational Adoption Office Conference
Mediation - An Effective Alternative to costly litigation

"Learn Your Rights In Divorce" Office Conference: $175.00.

An experienced divorce attorney knows that the vast majority of "first-time" clients are merely interested in learning their options and not in filing papers for divorce at the time of their first visit. This type of conference generally takes 1 - 1-½ hours and is very informal. The attorney learns the client's facts and then applies his knowledge of our court system and the law to the facts and provides the client with answers as to the probable outcome if the case were to proceed to court.

There is absolutely no salesmanship or pressure put upon the client to file papers.

There is absolutely no salesmanship or pressure put upon the client to file papers.  These meetings are strictly confidential, the client never receives any follow-up telephone calls or correspondence from the attorney and the client is not put on a mailing list of any sort.  The fact that the client called the attorney or came to the office remains secret and confidential.

Only the prospective client (and not the spouse) attends this type of office meeting because it involves the attorney/client relationship and is not mediation.

Phone calls from prospective clients are kept secret.
Very secret.

Divorce Mediator:

Mediation - An Effective Alternative to A Costly Divorce

As a practicing divorce lawyersince 1963, I have never, ever seen anything that will potentially help divorcing couples more than mediation.  It is a certainty that this innovative approach will skyrocket in popularity as soon as the public learns how much stress, money and time is saved by using this method.  However, not every case can be mediated just as not every case can be settled.  Generally, the attorneys get a pretty good sense of whether mediation will work for the couple.
The fee for divorce mediation is $250 per hour.  N
o retainer fee is required.  Clients pay at the end of each session.

Adoption Office Conference:

This is an educational session which is designed to provide prospective, adoptive parents with all of the information that they need to begin the adoption process.  Learning everything you can about adoption is THE KEY to becoming a successful adoptive parent.  This conference will give you a running start.

The 1 hour meeting begins with our gathering information about you, what child you desire to adopt, and what steps you may already have taken.  After getting to know your needs, we provide information about local adoption agencies, to help you decide which is the most likely to serve your needs.  We will discuss specific strategies to help you achieve your objective in the shortest amount of time and with least financial cost. The meeting concludes with our answering your specific questions about adoption.

The cost for this completely confidential, no obligation service is $175.
