EMPHASIZING THE SETTLEMENT APPROACH TO MARITAL DISSOLUTION

"No Pressure" Office Visits

Kari L. Cornelison Esq., J. Richard Kulerski Esq., Matthew M. Williams Esq. "Learn Your Rights In Divorce "Office Conference: $175.00.

An experienced divorce attorney knows that the vast majority of "first-time" clients are merely interested in learning their options and not in filing papers for divorce at the time of their first visit. This type of conference generally takes 1 - 1-½ hours and is very informal. The attorney learns the client's facts and then applies his knowledge of our court system and the law to the facts and provides the client with answers as to the probable outcome if the case were to proceed to court.

There is absolutely no salesmanship or pressure put upon the client to file papers.

There is absolutely no salesmanship or pressure put upon the client to file papers. These meetings are strictly confidential, the client never receives any follow-up telephone calls or correspondence from the attorney and the client is not put on a mailing list of any sort. The fact that the client called the attorney or came to the office remains secret and confidential.

Only the prospective client (and not the spouse) attends this type of office meeting because it involves the attorney/client relationship and is not mediation.

Phone calls from prospective clients are kept secret. Very secret.
